EARTHSTONE MODEL 130 & 160

The Eathstone Model 130 is our most popular commercial oven. It is suitable for almost all busy restaurant applications and is ideally built in multiple configurations to suit the largest and busiest sites.(see picture above)
The Earthstone Model 160 is our largest oven and although its capacity is greater than the Model 130 we suggest it is only used where space is at a premium and would recommend installing multiple smaller ovens for greater flexibility.

General Information:

• These high capacity ovens have a large front opening that allows easy access and good visibility for production of pizzas and other baked foods
• The extract hood is designed for minimum protrusion allowing easy access and for maximum efficiency in the removal of smoke and cooking odours.
• The components are cast from 10 to 15cm thick, high alumina, refractory cement for high thermal resistance and maximum heat retention.
• A newly redesigned hard ceramic tile floor is extremely durable to withstand extensive wear and provide maximum heat retention.
• A heavy cast iron door is provided for safety and an attractive finish.
• Easy to install and maintain - we provide a full instruction manual and a basic installation video. Any competent builder can install.
• The ovens are easy to ignite and heat up quickly for low fuel consumption.
• Venting of the ovens can be via a conventional kitchen grease hood (1,500 cfm rated) or by direct ducting to a vertical flue
